Vintage Madame Alexander Elise Doll in 1959 Ribbon Skirt & Green Mandarin Jacket

This is a beautiful vintage Madame Alexander Elise doll wearing her 1959 ribbon skirt and mandarin jacket set #25-63. This is the doll that is in The Elise Files book by Kiley Shaw on page 70. The tagged skirt is made from a heavy satin fabric that is highlighted with gold threads. The green jacket has a mandarin collar and is trimmed with jacquard ribbon. Elise wears her original panties, round rhinestone earrings, and high heels, as well as replacement stockings. She has one well repaired seam split on the outside of her left knee, a few flyaways to her hair, and has been freshly blushed. This is a very nice example of Elise wearing a rare boxed extra outfit from 1959.
