1957 Madame Alexander Blonde Cissette Tagged Dress, Chemise, Slip, Panties, Heels, Hat. Cissette Doll ONLY MADE between 1957 and 1963. She was reintroduced in 1987 as Portrette doll. Newer doll are no way as delicately made, older faces have more.

Styled after artist Charles Dana Gibson's turn of the century drawings of the Gibson Girl. This is an Original 1957 CISSETTE DOLL MADAME ALEXANDER. MARKED ON BACK- MME Alexander. Hard Plastic 10 Inch Doll.

1957 as shown Eyelids are beige colored. 1957 - 1963 Jointed knees, high-hill shapped feet.

Classified as a "SMALL ADULT FIGURE" with high heel feet. Four Cissette styled dolls were produced until 1963. There are no cracks, splits, or stains on her or her clothes.

Cissette's facial coloring is very vibrant and beautiful. Triple stitch wig has her original curls. Her floral cotton, lace, and satin blue ribbon dress has working snaps. Tag on dress is marked.

The light pink slip was washed and needs to be ironed. Underpants has lace and both have good, tight elastic.

White Heels have nice original stretchy elastic and tiny sequins on the top. Wearing a non-original black felt hat with red pom-poms. Cissette is holding a non-original golden net filled with blue and pink flowers.
