Antique Set 5 Dionne Quints Composition Effanbee Original Clothes Dress

Listed is an original set of 5 Dionne Quintuplets, made circa 1934-35. Although unmarked, I believe these dolls were made by Effanbee, due to their design characteristics. The dolls are made of composition and are tightly strung.

Their facial and body finish and coloring is exceptionally nice. Some very minor paint wear to the tips of their fingers, barely noticeable. They are wearing matching cotton organdy dresses with lace trim around the neck line. The dresses have full white cotton slips and matching bonnets with ribbon ties. In addition they come with their original cotton diapers.

The colors of the dresses are; peach, pink, purple, blue and yellow. The blue and purple dresses have faded slightly. The dresses and bonnets are in original condition and are clean. The dolls and their clothing come from a nonsmoking home.
