This is a vintage Madame Alexander doll set from the 1930s featuring the Dionne Quintuplets. The set includes five 7.5 composition dolls with brown wavy hair and brown eyes, removable clothes, a bed with the names of the quintuplets on it, accessories, blanket, outfit, ephemera, VHS tapes, and pillow. The dolls have a light complexion and are an original collector's item. Each doll is in excellent condition. One doll has a chip on its toe and one doll has a chip on its heel, other than that they are just exceptional.
The bedding is in excellent condition as well. Only one name has lost any of its letters. Each doll has a gold toned name tag on its outfit and they are in excellent condition. The clothing is also in excellent condition.I will say that the bedding could use a good cleaning, but I will leave that to the next owner as not taking a chance of damaging any aspect of this set. This set also comes with two VHS tapes a 1938 funeral calendar with the Dionne quintuplets on it a 1975 nostalgia illustrated magazine with an article regarding the Dionne quintuplets and some other ephemera. Some are just computer printouts about the quintuplets, but I have added it all to the lot. Some of it is very interesting. Should you have further questions or require additional photos?
