She is 20 tall with hard plastic body and soft vinyl jointed arms. Her knees are also jointed for posing. Cissy has a lovely face with defined eye brows, grey eye shadow, nice lashes, right one has some missing, peach eye lids, nice cheek blush, and red mouth. Her face has had a spa treatment.

Her hair is red and has curly bangs, curls on top of her head and rest of her hair is pulled back into a pony tail and tied with a pink ribbon. Her dress is a rose garden of pink flowers and stripes with pearl buttons, much like the wall paper dress Cissy originally had. Underneath the dress she wears a pink taffeta slip with pink netting and light pink taffeta panties to match.

She has a pink straw hat with large cluster of light and darker pink flowers and netting with a pink straw handbag decorated with a pink flower. I also have added a pair of pink nylon gloves. She is also wearing new tight nylon stockings with lace tops and slip on high heeled shoes. She has had 2 cracks repaired on the inside of the tops of her legs and her eyes occasionally stick. Must mention these two things. Her jewelry is a rhinestone bracelet and dot rhinestone earrings. The dress was made by Yesterday Dolls and is tagged.
