She was an only child who had wonderful dolls, carefully stored for many years. This doll is'Alice in Wonderland' using the Wendy-Ann mold. She is 13'' high, all composition, jointed at the neck, shoulders, waist and hips. Made in the mid to late 1930's. Marked: Wendy-Ann Madame Alexander New York. The doll has a wonderful face with original paint, no re-paint or touch-ups, nice coloring, blue sleep eyes, lashes painted below her eyes, gray shadow, and intact sable lashes. Also ruby lips and rosy cheeks.

She has her original dark-blonde human hair wig, still in the original curled set with original blue bow. The body is also excellent, with original paint and nice coloring. Her fingers, knees & elbows are still rosy. Just a little rough edge where her waist twists.

The doll wears her original tagged outfit. Marked: Alice in Wonderland, Madame Alexander. This includes a pretty blue & white dotted dress with white trim, and an attached petticoat, a white ruffled organdy apron, white lace-trimmed panties, white rayon socks, and black oil-cloth side-snap shoes.
