It is the East, and Juliet is the Sun... " Juliet is dressed in a full reproduction costume inspired by the United Artists production of "Romeo and Juliet (1954-55). She is an 8in hard plastic, fully jointed straight leg walker with blue sleep eyes, a vibrantly colored face. Blonde hair with shaped curls at the nape of her neck that have been set in the now famous "Juliet" special hairdo from the 1955 film wearing a gold trimmed tiara.
She is wearing an ivory satin brocade gown and overdress with garnet rose velvet accents and gold/silver metallic trim, small clear plastic flowerets around the shoulder and white panties underneath with metallic gold trimmed, tied slippers. She is in near mint condition and can be found on page 37 of Patricia R. Smith's " The World of Alexander-Kins"(sans crown) and on page 89 of Jane Ruggles Thomas' The Most Beautiful Dolls...
